The lightweight Airdrive rotor made from DAIWA’s unique Zaion V material shifts the reel’s center of gravity to the lower body unit, considerably improving balance and sensitivity during fishing. The newly developed Airdrive bail significantly reduces the risk of line tangles around the bail area – especially useful in crosswinds or when using thin lines.The ATD Type-L drag system ensures smooth and consistent line release under load, without initial higher resistance.

The MagSealed construction on main shaft effectively prevents the intrusion of saltwater and dust particles, ensuring long-lasting smooth operation and maximum sensitivity.
